How should I prepare before my SPRAVATO® treatment?

To achieve the best possible outcome from your SPRAVATO® treatments, consider the following steps before each session: Get adequate sleep the night before. Refrain from eating or drinking for at least six hours prior to treatment. Dress in comfortable clothing, as you will remain in one of our Wellness Suites for approximately two hours. Arrange transportation home, as you should not drive for at least 24 hours after treatment.
